V820 cabinet rectifiers

Air or water cooling · dual-stack cabinet platform

The Vega V820 combines modular three-phase DC power with a dual-stack cabinet format for demanding electroplating and anodizing processes. Air- and water-cooled configurations bring high-current capability, service access and flexible controls into an integrated system.

V820 product rendering

Up to 384 kW

Maximum output power

Up to 24,000 A

Maximum DC output current

6–400 VDC

Available output voltage ratings

Output ratings depend on the selected configuration. Maximum voltage, current and power are separate limits, not a simultaneous operating point.

Cabinet power built around the process.

The V820 uses parallel switch-mode power modules with floating output and current or voltage control. The dual-stack platform is configured around the required output. Select the cooling arrangement, module configuration, control functions and cabinet options for the complete installation.

Modular output

Match the power-module and output configuration to the process. Published voltage, current and power maxima are separate family limits.

Cabinet integration

Cabinet options support service access, cable routing, cooling and installation layout. Final dimensions and connections require a configuration-specific check.

Process control

Current or voltage control and the included IOS interface support plant integration, with optional industrial protocols and output waveforms.

Air or water cooling. One cabinet platform.

The V820 is available with air or water cooling. The protection class and cooling-service requirements differ; cabinet and heat-exchanger options are selected separately.
