S075 single-phase rectifiers

Desktop S075 & wall-mounted S075W

Compact DC power for electroplating and anodizing, with a choice of desktop or wall-mounted installation. The Sirius S075 combines single-phase input, accessible controls and a serviceable design for practical day-to-day operation.

Up to 1.5 kW

Maximum output power

Up to 250 A

Maximum DC output current

6–150 VDC

Available output voltage ratings

Output ratings depend on the selected configuration. Maximum voltage, current and power are separate limits, not a simultaneous operating point.

Compact power. Flexible control.

The S075 is an air-cooled switch-mode rectifier with current or voltage control. Select manual operation or an automatic-control configuration with amp-hour counting and ramp functions. Reversing and pulse-output options help adapt the unit to the process.

Single-phase input

Specify 120 or 230 VAC input to match the installation. Optional power-factor correction raises rated-load power factor above 0.95.

Process control

Current and voltage regulation, amp-hour counting and programmable ramping support repeatable operation. Control features depend on the selected configuration.

Room to expand

Compatible units can be interconnected to share a common load under a master controller. Ask ACRS to size and configure the complete system.

Two formats. One S075 platform.

Choose the enclosure around your work area and service access. Both variants use air cooling and offer the S075 output range; their mounting arrangement and overall dimensions differ.

S075 desktop

A compact tabletop format for a workstation or nearby process installation, with the operator controls facing the user.

W × H × D: 7.48 × 10.47 × 16.10 in

S075W wall mount

The wall-mounted version keeps the rectifier off the work surface and reduces the floor or bench space needed for the installation.

W × H × D: 7.48 × 15.75 × 11.22 in

Options & accessories

Build the S075 around the process, the controls and the installation. Availability depends on the selected output and system configuration.

Options

  • Reversing output. An optional reversing configuration switches the output between forward and reverse polarity.
  • Pulse output. A 1 ms pulse option combines hardware and software for fast rise and fall times on resistive loads. Confirm waveform requirements for your process.
  • Industrial communications. Available protocols include Profibus-DP, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET and Modbus TCP for integration with plant controls.
  • Power-factor correction. Optional PFC improves rated-load power factor from the standard 0.60 to above 0.95. Specify the required input configuration.

Accessories

  • Q800 Cabinet. The Q800 is a cabinet platform for compatible tabletop units, including the S075 desktop. Ask ACRS about cabinet size, power distribution and the arrangement for multiple outputs.
